I have not received a confirmation e-mail/carrier/tracking number, what to do?

First thing you can do is check your e-mail. When an order is made, you will be receiving an order confirmation from us via email. You might also want to check your spam/junk mail, just in case. If you do not see an email from us on your inbox or spam mail, most likely the order was not made. If there is still no e-mail, but you would want to make sure, you may contact us to double check the status of your order by sending us an email at  info@ugears.in
